Sun Peaks

Trail Maps

Sun Peaks is the second largest ski resort in Canada offering a massive 4,270 acres of terrain to explore. Intermediate skiers and boarders are particularly well serviced here. The terrain type offers 10% for beginners, 58% for intermediates, and 32% for advanced/experts.

The ski terrain is spread across multiple mountains and well serviced with a number of high speed quad chairs. Guests also enjoy being able to take advantage of the typical low crowds. Due to it's location, Sun Peaks does not encounter the masses that engulf Whistler on weekends.

Sun Peaks also has an excellent complimentary mountain hosting service. Guests are able to get insider knowledge on the mountains and terrain from knowledgeable locals.

Whilst not renowned for receiving large volumes of snow (an average of 6 meters per year), the snow is typically of high quality being the dry, fluffy powder BC resorts are known for.
