Resort Info
ABOUT Shiga Kogen
Shiga Kogen is both the largest interconnected resort and highest resort in all of Japan, meaning there’s so much terrain to explore. The area comprises a wide variety of terrain across the different ski areas with something for all abilities, however off-piste is limited here compared to other resorts. Shiga Kogen is one of the best value ski destinations if you book early too. Capitalise on our early bird deals and you’ll get ski-in ski-out accommodation for a fraction of the price you’d find at other resorts. The one thing Shiga Kogen is lacking is its nightlife, with only a handful of restaurants/bars and most facilities located within the hotels.
