Telluride Ski Resort regularly ranks as one of, if not the best ski resort in Colorado and it's easy to see why. With terrain to suit all abilities, typical dry Colorado snowfall, and stunning mountain and town views whilst you ride, everyone falls in love with Telluride.

There are a total of 147 trails with a nice variation for all abilities (23% beginner, 36% intermediate, 41% advanced/expert). The lift infrastructure is quite sophisticated with a total of 18 lifts, and a decent amount of high speed quads. Guests usually enjoy short or no lift lines at Telluride, but it can get quite busy over weekends and public holidays but not to the extent of the other Colorado resorts closer to Denver such as Vail and Aspen.

The town of Telluride offers easy access to the ski resort with a gondola operating from the town to Mountain Village and Station Village.

Beginners are well serviced with single and double green runs around the Mountain Village accommodations which also offers convenience for families with easy access and the ski school next to the gondola station. More competent beginners can also enjoy the long and winding Galloping Goose Run running from the top of the Prospect Express down to the base of resort.

Intermediates have a huge amount of terrain to explore, with both the Village Express and Polar Queen Express offering blue runs only.

Advanced and Expert riders will be in heaven with Telluride's offerings. Head to Revelation Bowl, Black Iron Bowl, and Prospect Bowl for some challenging terrain. Or for those feeling super adventurous, there's some amazing back country runs to explore hiking from the top of Palmyra Peak.
